Deleting your account

In the app

1. Sign in and open Settings → Profile.
2. Scroll to Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.

That deletes your account straight away: your profile and photo, your conversations with Bobbie, your phone link and your Google connection (its tokens are revoked with Google). If you are the last grown-up in a household, the household goes with you: the children's details, the calendar, the lists, and every email, photo and voice note sent to it. Backups follow within thirty days.

Just the connections

You do not have to delete your account to stop a connection. In Settings → Integrations you can unlink your WhatsApp phone or disconnect Google Calendar; the data that came through that connection is removed at the same time.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within a few days, after checking it is you.

Data that came from WhatsApp or Google

If you connected AskBobbie through Meta or Google and want the data received from them removed without deleting your whole account, the same email address works: tell us which connection, and we will remove what came through it and confirm when it is done.
