The Bin
Things you said Not needed to, or deleted, wait here for thirty days. Bring one back with a tap, delete it for good, or leave it and it goes on its own.

The short version. Menu, Bin. Everything binned in the last thirty days, newest first. Restore brings one back where it was; Delete removes it now; Empty the bin removes everything. Untouched, things go on their own at thirty days.

What ends up here
- Anything you press Not needed on in the Inbox.
- Anything you delete from the calendar or a board.
- Its tasks, with it.
Getting something back
Press Restore. It returns to exactly where it was: the Inbox if it had not been confirmed, the calendar or its board if it had.
What is really happening
Thirty days is the grace period written into the privacy notice. After it, the item and any tasks under it are deleted for good, along with the letter or photo it came from if that is older than thirty days too. Emptying the bin does the same, now.
Questions people ask
- Does binning a trip bin its tasks and payment too?
- Yes, they travel together, and come back together if you restore it. A task never gets left behind on its own.
- Is the Bin the same for everyone in the household?
- Yes. One bin for the household, so if Dad bins something by mistake, Mum can bring it back.
